Shipping & Returns

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking where available.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination. Free worldwide shipping applies to all orders over €150.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and vary by destination: Europe typically 3–7 business days, rest of world 7–14 business days after dispatch. Delays caused by carriers are outside our control.
Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes set by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
Unworn items in original condition with tags attached may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Sale items are final and not eligible for return unless faulty.
How to Return
To start a return, contact us through the contact page with your order number. We will confirm the return address and instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving the returned item in acceptable condition.
Exchanges
For an exchange, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired size or colour once stock is available.
