How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within Europe and 7–14 business days worldwide after dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and orders over €150 ship free anywhere.
What is your return policy?
Unworn items in original condition with tags can be returned within 14 days of delivery. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details and how to start a return.
How do I find the right size?
Each product page lists available sizes and a material description. If you are between sizes or unsure, contact us through the contact page and we will help you choose.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major cards through our secure payment provider at checkout. Your card details are never stored by novu.store.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to change or cancel it before dispatch.
Are duties and taxes included?
For orders outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply and are set by your destination country. These are paid by the recipient.
