Introduction
These terms govern your use of novu.store and any purchases made through it. By browsing or placing an order you accept these terms in full.
Orders
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the product price. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order before payment is collected. An order is only accepted once payment is confirmed and a confirmation is issued.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes where required. We process payments securely through our payment provider. We do not store your card details.
Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 business days. Shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary by destination. Free worldwide shipping applies to orders over €150.
Returns
Unworn items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — imagery, copy, logos and design — is owned by novu.store and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Privacy
We collect only the information needed to process your order and deliver it. Your data is never sold. Contact us for any data request.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, novu.store is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or its products.
